okay guys heres my seven day plan starting tomorrow!

for breakfast/lunch/snack i eat only fruits

dinner: some milk && lean cuisine or if i dont have any i`ll just eat whatever i want. veggies, meat....dont wanna get malnourished.

if i hafta go out to eat. i will eat. && i will enjoy it! but if i do go out to eat i will do extra excersise. (taebo for 45 minutes)

&& for excersise i`ll do ddr everyday for about 3 hours. (until i burn 3500 cals)
im going to keep doing that until school starts. but when school does start i will eat regularly. and i wont excersise as much. i`ll probably do an hour of ddr a day after school starts && i`ll do 3 hours on weekends.



guys i rly need help with my sister. shes 7 years old and weighs 93 freakin pounds!!!  shes way obese. anyway i was thinking...maybe she could....do this:
one day she eats only fruits nothing else. the next day she under 700 cals (probably two lean cuisine meals)....then the next day she eats only fruits and the days switch off and on.
she cant rly excersise much...cos as i said shes obese. but im gonna make her do that for 7 days until school starts. and after school starts i'll make her fruit fast on the saturdays. and then when winter break comes i`ll make her do the same thing. do you guys think it'll work? by cutting her calorie intake by MORE than a half and by slowly introducing her to more and more excersise?

okay heres my plan.

i`m really trying to be healthy.

so heres what im going to do.

everyday i do 1,000 situps. (until school starts)

&& i eat fruit when im hungry

for dinner i eat something liek lean cuisine (which is less than 500 cals)

and after school starts i`ll start eating regulary.. i know i`ll gain some back. i know i`ll binge...but thats okay. after school starts i probably wont excersise as much.  && i'll probably only be able to excerise on the weekends. so after school starts i`ll do 1,000 situps every saturday and sunday. (but i will still eat healthy)

i hate myself!

im sucha BINGER! i just keep eating and eating! ughhh.

anyways only 14 more days untill school starts and i havent lost any weight!!

anyone know how to loose a pound a day?!?! (w/out fasting)

also anyone know any good excerises that help you loose weight/a LOT of calories?! (anything besides RUNNING. i HATE running)

i`d really like to loose 2 pounds a day. but i know thats really unrealistic. =X

**i need an honest opinion everyone.  if i eat less than 500 cals a day -&&- i do at least 1,000 situps a day (which burns a pound) do you think i`ll loose a pound per day?**

ughh...i`m not gonna update until im 120. mmkay? sorry guys but i`m usually very busy everyday anyway.

but theres only like 23 days until school left! & i rly rly wanna loose weight. so heres what i`m gonna do starting tomorrow or sunday.  on one day i`m gonna do a liquid fast, on the next day i`m gonna do a fruit fast. & i`ll just keep switching off. but once a week or so i`ll actually eat food but eat less than 500 cals.  i`ll also add a little bit of protein or meat every so often so i wont get malnourished . i gotta loose at least 10 lbs.

hey for all you girls that have fasted before....whats the longest you guys fasted for? did you faint? were there any major side affects? (dizziness...etcetc)

i`ve decided that for dinner or something i gotta add some protein or whatever because i don`t wanna get malnourished bcuz i`m only eating fruits.

& i`m just wondering....before doing this i probably ate like 1000+ cals a day or something. but now i`m eating less than 300. do you guys think i`ll loose some extra weight bcuz i`m consuming a  lot less calories then i used to?

150 crunches
75 pushups
50 squats
60 "belly rolls"
50 inverted crunches
75 lunges
